Koh Ker was the Angkorian Capital from 928 to 944. The temple complex has several sites to visit. Explore the extensive site, and take in the sweeping views from Prasat Thom a 40 meter high sandstone face pyramid structure.
Beng Melea is a wonderful site and place still shrouded in jungle. Exploring the ruins takes you up, over and through this amazing complex.

| 7am | Head out of the city of Siemreap with your private guide and drive down to the abandoned realm of Koh Ker, the least visited site, originally called Lingapura, was the capital of Angkor Empire during the reign of Jayavarman IV in 10th century. Unlock some secrets of her temples, which are still surrounded and covered by jungle. |

| After lunch we travel on and stop at sandstone site. Here you can start to gain an understanding of how the Khmer people quarried and transported the giant stones for their religious monuments. | |
| Beng Mealea temple, stands a bit isolated some 50km northeast of Siem Reap town, Beng Mealea is very little known to tourists. However, the temple is a spectacular sight to behold as it is still shrouded by vegetation and giving us the ‘lost temple feel’. | |
